Trying to live out my full potential (man, this is exhausting!),chocolate protein powder, bad dreams that you can wake up from, pots of flowering mums, my son taking my dog to the vet, 15... yes 15... new books from the library and the friend that brings them to me :) the cooler side of the bed and the show "Mad Hungry" on the Hallmark Channel.

Cooler weather, doodling with colored pencils, our huge eight year old Live Oak tree, my now organized kitchen utensil drawers, a Cannon Lillie about to bloom and Saturday mornings.

Working with home physical therapy, not procrastinating, hummingbirds "playing" with Cardinals, key lime green, spraying  Panda with lavender Hartz spray for dogs... (he thought it was fun "Where's my treat?), reading books on reinventing yourself,  four year old and fifty year old new piano students..and, playing the guitar.
